Klein Forest v Klein Oak (can be heard here http://bit.ly/k3LCxh)
This is one of the great games of the week Forest is 4-0 and Oak comes in 2-2 but like Forest both are 1-0 in distract 13-5a. Forest has one of the best dual threat QB's in houston, while Oak has been up and down. Klein Oak showed up big last week against big power Klein Collins. Oak did however let Collins back in to game after shutting them down, so that could be good news for Forest if it gets behind because Davis the X factor can get his team back in the game.
Klein Collins v Dekaney (can be heard on 950am)
Collins last week lost there win streak and will be out for Blood against Dekaney. Tomorrow will be Trey Williams v The Defensive front of the Tigers, last year Collins won 27-21. This year is different, yes Williams is low and away the best option but now they have a passing game, its not great but it is better then last season. Collins on the other hand got a tiny bit worse at running back losing Cardinal but they still have Shane Rhodes and he is a touchdown waiting to happen.
WestField v Klein (can be heard on http://bit.ly/k3LCxh)
WestField has a great running game, but.... have 12 fumbles the last 3 games its lucky they are 3-1 as it stands. New QB Alex Smith almost pulled off a tie against the Golden Eagles. Klein like normal is tough and defensive minded giving up just over 13 points per game, the Mustangs on the other have been scoring a lot but last week only rolled up 13 on Tomball
Spring v Tomball
Tomball pulled off the big win against WestField a 3-0 at the time, Spring on the other hand.... lost again big shocker I know DLC for Spring is growing but there receivers just cant hold on to the ball dropping 2 balls that would have went for touchdowns easy. Tomball held WestFields potent running attack to 64 yards on 27 touches there Defense is gearing up and that could bode bad for Spring as they are still growing

14-5A
After sharing thoughts on 13-5A, I now dig in on 14-5A and realize this will be a really weak week for football in this area..
Conroe v Lufkin
This has the potential of being the worst game of the week anywhere... Conroe in there last 14 games is, 1 and 13. Three of Conroes games were lost by 7 points, but when they need too they really can't stop anyone. Lufkin lost last week to power Longview and is playing at home, and will come home ready to show people last week was a fluke.
College Park v Oak Ridge (can be heard here http://bit.ly/o2Wfj9)
Kingwood, College Park and Oak Ridge will fight for 3rd and 4th place the winner of this game will likely have a step up in the playoff race! College Park: Great Offense built around the run and Zach Wright as he goes so do the Cav's. Oak Ridge is still learning and growing with brand new starter, last years star Micheal Handy. He has only completed 28 for 75 passes but he will get there. The War Eagles haven't faced powered puffs so hopefully they took there lumps and are ready for there 1st test in 14-5A.
Atascocita v The Woodlands (can be heard here http://bit.ly/o2Wfj9)
Like Lufkin, The Woodlands will have a stinker as well... Atascocita needs to work on a few things just so that they can be in the game... Last week the Eagles had two 1st downs and 73 yards of total offense and 15 penalties for 102 yards, Lance Miles and Blake Webb should connect early and often
Kingwood is off this week.... Yay for Kingwood! There next game is at College Park and will no doubt be there... Watching and lurking in the distance

13-5A
Best distract in the State of Texas… 8 teams in total and of those 8, 6 are contenders not just to make the playoffs but to go to State…. Each team is loaded with next level talent, Dekaney’s Trey Williams, Klein Forest’s Matt Davis, and Klein Collins’s Shane Rhodes and many more… In the 1st 3 weeks of non distract play 13-5A went a combined 17-6 and could have won more games, had Klein Oaks starting QB Nick Baratti gotten injured. Now in 13-5A comes a true test for any future champion, division play!!!
Klein v Klein Forest (can be heard on 790am and on KUBE TV Channel 57)
KIein is coming in 3-0 just like KF both unbeaten, Forest has 3 wins, all came against much better competition facing Cinco Ranch, FB Marshall, and La Porte. Dual threat QB Matt Davis is playing snaps on the D, and is showing why he is going to A&M, Davis rushing and tossing has over 700 yards which may not sound like much for 3 games but he has faced very tough D’s focused on limiting him. Klein on the other hand has given up just over 10 points a game and coach Hallmark will have his team ready to roll. Look for this to be a blood bath!
(Final Klein Forest 28-21 over Klein and I was right... A great game... will give post game thoughts after all the games are played)
(Final Klein Forest 28-21 over Klein and I was right... A great game... will give post game thoughts after all the games are played)
Klein Oak v Klein Collins (can be heard on 950am)
This game has the potential of being the dud of the week its simple if Baratti plays they have a chance, if not KC rolls by 14. Klein Collins has just to much, players on offense and defense.
Dekaney v Spring (can be heard on http://bit.ly/k3LCxh)
This could be a very back and forth game and should have tons of Offense, but with Dekaney’s increasingly solid D it could be very hard for Spring to get in the endzone. Dekaney has a lot of furture all distract players in the D.. Patrick Martin, Myles Curl along with others. If Spring can hold on to the ball they have a chance, DCL is growing to a good dual threat QB, but just needs to connect better with his WR’s. The 2 games Spring lost, the opposing RB had a monster game. So the number one back in Houston could have a really huge night.
Tomball v Westfield (can be heard on http://bit.ly/k3LCxh)
Tomball needs this game to build momentum heading in to distract play after a uninspiring 1 win in non-distract play. Westfield on the other hand needs this win to remain legit.. They are undefeated but had major problems in there win over FB Travis had 7 fumbles and 9 over all in the last 2 games
